In this experiential workshop you will:

  • Learn about the many kinds of ethical non-monogamy, including polyamory, open relationships, swinging, and relationship anarchy.

  • Understand how your values influence which relationship styles will work for you and your partner(s).

  • Explore how to open up previously monogamous dynamics

  • Discover how to find and date poly friendly people.

  • Examine the most common pitfalls and how to avoid them and gain concrete tips that will help your relationship(s) survive and thrive.

With these resources, suggestions, and tools you’ll receive the support you need to explore ethical non-monogamy with greater clarity and ease!

Reviews

“This workshop placed my experience, which is limited in time and scope, in the larger universe of non-monogamy. It energized me and answered so many questions I did not know I had, that would have taken me years alone to tackle! I can't wait to attend the next class, they're life changing!” - G.N.

“Navigating Non-Monogamy gave me a new understanding of myself and my needs, current and past partners, resources available, ethics in dating, and so much more. I walk away with insights that not only help me, but they help me support my friends in their relationships. Dr. Aly’s workshops have been life-changing for me.” - A.B.

“This workshop provides specifics on how to identify challenges faced by participants and means to address them. For those who already practice ethical non-monogamy, this workshop can really help, for those who are about to embark, this workshop is a must.” - J.M.
