Class: We’ll explore common obstacles—what we call intimacy blockers—that can make sexual connection feel inaccessible or daunting. These include getting stuck in your head, shame, pressure, and more. You’ll also learn practical tools to overcome them.

Free time to relax at the pool, go hiking, or book a massage or coaching session.


4:30-6:30pm

Class: In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a variety of skills and techniques to cultivate excitement, anticipation, and attunement. These include hands-on practices to help you and your partner uncover your personal user manuals while exploring love languages, affirmations, and new ways to receive and give.
