This safe and supportive environment will allow you to unearth the specific challenges and beliefs that have hindered your intimacy and learn tailor-made strategies to overcome them. Through carefully curated activities, exercises, and discussions, they’ll guide you on a sensual journey to reignite desire, explore new pleasures, and rejuvenate your romantic connection.
In this experiential retreat, you will:
Uncover the various libido blockers that get in the way of your turn on, pleasure, and intimacy and receive the tools and skills that will help you overcome them together
Explore how to make tailor-made verbal, physical, and romantic bids for intimacy that will allow you to successfully woo your partner
Learn how to get out of the anxious-avoidant dynamic, cohabitator-coparent roles, and the pressure-rejection cycle and effectively explore feelings, needs, and desires
Discover how to create fun and exciting intimacy dates with a menu of ways to connect authentically and without pressure by attuning to the rightness of the moment
Acquire an array of practices that will support you to rediscover your desire and increase your capacity for giving and receiving pleasure
Course content applicable to both monogamous and non-monogamous dynamics.

Identify your specific intimacy blockers including pressure, insecurities, shame, conflict, stress, and more along with the skills to overcome them.
Engage in self-reflection exercises designed to foster a deeper understanding of your desires, needs, and fears when it comes to intimacy.
Use the informational handouts to easily refer back to and remember the concepts, activities, and tools shared throughout the course.
Select and record the specific practices and techniques that will empower you to continue to nurture your intimacy long after the course concludes.

3-7pm: Check in and get settled. Enjoy the pool and hot tub. Go hiking in the surrounding nature on the property. Hop over to to a local winery if you’re looking for an outing.
7-8:30pm: Welcome dinner
9-10:30pm: Connection games: ease into the weekend with some playful relating games to get comfortable with the group and make space for whatever is present. We’ll guide you through the spectrum of lighthearted to authentic depth as a way to feel safe and oriented to dive into the practices and growth to come.

8-9am: Gentle Yoga class
9:15-10:15am: Breakfast
10:30-12:30pm: Class: We’ll explore some of the common obstacles we call intimacy blockers that can make sexual connection feel inaccessible or daunting. These will include getting stuck in your head, shame, pressure and more as well as practical tools for overcoming them.
1-2pm: Lunch
2-4:30pm: Free time to relax at the pool, go hiking, or book a massage or coaching session.
4:30-6:30pm: Class: In the afternoon we’ll dive into an array of skills and techniques to help cultivate excitement, anticipation and attunement. These will include hands-on practices to start uncovering you and your partner’s user manual and thinking about love languages, affirmations and new ways to explore touch.
7-8:30pm: Dinner
9-11pm: Bonus interactive workshop from Dr. Aly: Creating Passion, Romance and Dominance through Touch.

8-9am: Mindful Movement with Seb: get out of your head and into your body with some guided gentle exploration of yourself, body, partner and nature.
9:15-10:15am: Breakfast
10:30-12:30pm: Class: Saturday we will take you through a journey of what it takes to go from a weekend boost of fun to a lifetime of deepening intimacy. We’ll start the day by explaining how to create an intimacy menu and a specific kind of Intimacy Dates, as well as more tools to make exploring sexually safe and approachable.
1-2pm: lunch
2-4:30pm: Free time to relax at the pool, go hiking, or book a massage or coaching session.
4:30-6:30pm: Class: In this final learning session we will wrap up by looking at some of the other intimacy blockers that can make lasting intimacy feel so difficult to maintain. These include things like grief, stress, conflict, and addiction. We will also share some final tips for how to make these new ways of connecting last.
7-8:30pm: Dinner
9-11:30pm: Sensual Soiree: an evening to try out some of your new skills and also immerse in sensory pleasure and connection with your partner through activities like a Sensation Station, blindfolded touch, slow wrestling, and more. This will be a first base event nourished by sensual beats and yummy treats.

10-11am: Brunch
11:30-12:30pm: Closing ntegration circle and reflection: we’ll make some time together to share what arose, what we’re taking away from the weekend and any last questions that could use some attention.
12:30-2:30pm: Free time to relax at the pool, go hiking, or book a massage or coaching session.

Your Facilitators
Dr. Aly and Sebastian
Dr. Alison Ash, aka Dr. Aly, is a trauma-informed sex and intimacy coach and educator, Stanford University Lecturer, author, and founder of TurnON.love. As a sociologist with a PhD from Stanford, she has a comprehensive understanding of the complex societal challenges that often lead to unsatisfying and disempowering sexual experiences. She designs workshops, courses, and retreats and offers individuals and couples coaching to give others the tools to discover their desires and confidently pursue them.
Dr. Aly is teaming up with her husband and intimacy coach, Sebastian Clarke. In their coaching practice, they frequently work with couples in long term relationships who are struggling to keep the spark alive. Through offering experiential practices, they support these couples to find new ways of being in connection with each other. Sebastian also has more than a decade of experience working with neurodivergent folks, supporting them to increase their capacity for healthy relating. In addition, he's a trauma-informed massage therapist specializing in nervous system regulation.
